Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy explains how GhostViral AI (“we”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, applications, and video-generation services.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: email, display name, and profile photo when provided through Firebase Authentication.
- Usage data: generation settings, topics, language preferences, and product interactions needed to operate the service.
- Content you provide: prompts, scripts, and Own Voice audio files you upload.
- Generated content: temporary assets required to deliver your video, including stock clip references and voice audio.
- Purchase data: subscription status and entitlements through Lemon Squeezy on web or the Apple App Store and Google Play on supported mobile platforms, coordinated through RevenueCat. We do not store full payment card numbers.
2. How we use data
- Create and deliver videos you request.
- Authenticate users and secure accounts.
- Manage credits, plans, and support.
- Improve reliability and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Service providers
Depending on the features you use, limited data may be processed by script AI providers such as DeepSeek, voice and transcription providers such as ElevenLabs or Google Cloud TTS, Pexels for stock media, Firebase for authentication and storage, Creatomate for cloud rendering, and our payment providers. We send only what is needed for the requested feature.
4. Own Voice and transcription
When Own Voice is selected, your audio may be uploaded to a transcription service so subtitles stay synchronized with speech. Audio is processed for that purpose and is not used to train our models unless you separately opt in; we currently do not offer that opt-in.
5. Retention and deletion
We retain account and project information as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and prevent abuse. To request account deletion, contact support@ghostviralai.com. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel a subscription; cancel it with the payment provider to prevent future charges.
6. Children
GhostViral AI is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required in their country.
7. International transfers
Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by contacting us.
