Terms of Use.
These Terms govern your use of the GhostViral AI website, applications, and related video-generation services.
1. Service description
GhostViral AI provides AI-assisted tools for generating short-form videos, including scripts, voiceovers, stock-footage selection, subtitles, and cloud rendering. The service is provided “as is” and availability is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted.
2. Accounts and credits
- You are responsible for your account security and activity.
- Credits represent processing capacity. Unless otherwise shown, one credit generally corresponds to one second of generated video; Own Voice may use a different rate displayed before generation.
- Unused subscription credits do not roll over unless expressly stated.
- Trial credits are a one-time grant for eligible new users.
3. Content rights
Paid plans may include commercial usage rights and removal of the GhostViral watermark as described at checkout. Generated work remains subject to third-party stock, voice, and model-provider terms. Free or trial output may include a GhostViral AI watermark.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for illegal, explicit, exploitative, hateful, harassing, deceptively harmful deepfake, or intellectual-property-infringing content. You must have rights to prompts, scripts, recordings, and other material you upload.
5. Subscriptions and cancellation
Web subscriptions are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Supported mobile subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and coordinated through RevenueCat. Subscriptions renew according to the terms shown at purchase. Cancel with the applicable payment provider before renewal. Deleting your GhostViral AI account does not cancel an active subscription.
6. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the payment provider's terms and applicable law. Used credits are generally non-refundable because they represent incurred processing costs.
7. Own Voice
By uploading audio, you represent that you own it or have permission to use it. We process it to transcribe speech, align subtitles, and assemble your requested video.
8. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or threaten service security. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion.
